Anxiety can manifest as irritability.
A mental health disorder characterised by feelings of worry or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities. It can either be self diagnosed or medically diagnosed. ~anxiety Feelings of frustration or anger, often over seemingly small matters. Irritability can be normal, and is only an indicator of underlying disease when feelings become excessive, all-consuming and interfere with daily living.~irritability

These are the basic dictionary definitions of anxiety and irritability.HONESTLY though, are these definitions spot on? Well everyone has divergent views on what anxiety feels like to them and it sure as hell sucks once downplayed to be mere irritability.

Theres 5 different types of anxiety. • Generalized Anxiety Disorder. • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). • Panic Disorder. • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). • Social Phobia (or Social Anxiety Disorder). This is will be my focus on social phobia as its the prevalent type for our age group hence we can be able to walk you through and out of it. Stick around and we’ll journey through this together.
