šŸ˜—āœŒļøfirst of all Iā€™m sorry about last week ,I barely had time to rest let alone write anything of good quality... so hereā€™s a short tutorial on how to take back your life.

  • Step one

šŸ•µļøā€ā™€ļøĀ You have to identify your triggers.Ā šŸ•µļøā€ā™€ļø

Youā€™ll notice a pattern in the anxiety you face. You get it at certain times or after somethingā€™s happen or when you have certain thoughts...the list is endless. But you need to figure out what triggers your anxiety before you can even start getting over it.

  • Step two

šŸƒTap into your zen mode daily.šŸƒ

Do a daily or routine meditation .šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļøĀ this helps train your brain to maintain a relaxed and calm vibe and youā€™ll be able to tap into that easily when you feel your anxiety kick in.

  • Step three

šŸŒžRedirect your focus.šŸŒž

Any time you feel iffy or maybe feel an anxiety attack creep up on you, itā€™s advisable to redirect your focus to something you love and or enjoy. Go listen to sum musicĀ šŸŽ¶, make memes, talk it all outĀ šŸš. Anything that drives your thoughts away from your anxiety.

  • Step four

šŸ„Ā HELTHĀ šŸ„

Take careeee of yourself. As basic as this sounds your physical health really reflects your mental state of mind. Iā€™m no doctor but from what Iā€™ve read and experienced taking care of yourself by eating healthy or exercising really helps. It really helps you stay grounded and when in this state itā€™s slightly harder for the anxiety to come creeping in.šŸ’€
